"Thank you for signing up to the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM® email list! Your $20 Savings Pass will be sent to you via email within the next 7 business days."
1-800-flowers is also affiliated with several other companies, such as The Popcorn Factory and Fannie May (you can find all the sister sites directly on the 1-800-flowers website). You should be able to use your savings pass at these other sites.
